This truly is an amazing product and we are thrilled with the finished article. What we found really amazing is the service. We ordered the item at just after 4pm on a Saturday and received an email at 8pm that evening that it had been dispatched. Predicted delivery was about 8 days but it actually arrived the following Wednesday. Superb service by both Artpix and Fedex. Just one thing to be aware of if purchasing this as a gift. The light stand is fitted with a USB lead or 115v lead. If purchased for somebody who is not tech savy be sure to provide a 13amp/USB adapter plug.

The crystal itself was just as expected, however the 'light box' was not as expected. There is a 'timer' button which appears to do nothing, but the main problem is the supply plug unit, it is incompatible with UK outlet sockets, so I need to buy an adapter. I did say when ordering that the delivery address was UK, so I was not expecting a foreign power connector.
