These personalised glasses are lovely ! I ordered them on Monday and received them on Tuesday ! Very well packaged and good quality glasses. The first order, the glasses were perfect but the box was torn. All I needed was a new box but unable to contact seller for this, had to go through amazon. What an absolute nightmare that was. Refund eventually sorted and new set ordered. Super fast delivery and stunning product. Will definitely be ordering again. All I would say is that the items need to be thoroughly checked before packing, the tear was so obvious but totally ignored, such a shame.

I ordered these as a wedding gift for my niece. They are well packaged in a larger box with lots of bubble wrap and paper. The glasses are nice and are engraved with the Mr and Mrs and the married name. They come with a presentation box which has a plaque which can be engraved with a message which I did and it is done well.
